A home is a place where we keep our things, where we relax and have fun, and where family members live together. People often think of a home as a house or an apartment, but a home doesn’t have to be a building. Someone’s home could be a tent, a boat, or even a car.
If someone doesn’t have a home, they are called homeless.
When parents say it’s time to go home, it usually means it’s time to eat, rest, or go to bed. Even if you’re leaving a fun place, it’s important to listen to your parents and be thankful that you have a home to go to.
